14.08.2015 InBho: India to Recognize Bhojpuri forming !5% of Indians

14.05.9115 InBho 14.08.2015: 2.6 % Bhojpuri Speakers Globally

InBho = "International Bhojpuri",
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय भोजपुरी,
"AntarrasTreey Bhojpuri",
(Ab aage Angreje me` likhal jaataa je me` Bhaarat Sarkaar ke khaas ka ke kaam holaa.)

Bhojpuri: bho    >> "Bhojpuri Bhaasaa" ke Janam: Vikramee 180, Sri: 7223 jab Raajaa Bhoj Bhaarat ke Assam se Purabi Afghaanistaan tak raaj karat rahan.
["Bhojpuri Language" started in early 2nd Century AD in about 123 AD, when Raja Bhoj Ruled from Assam  (British: North East Frontier Province), India to Eastern part of Afghanistan.]

Bhojpuri ke Sansaar ke 4 Mahaadeshan me` failal Bhojpuria log aa Bhojpuri premi log bolelan aa paD*elan, khaas ka ke neece likhal deshan me`:
Bhaarat, Nepaal, SRA, Jarmani, Rumaaniyaa, Yukren, Rus, NatharlaenD, Fraans, Turki, Bulgaariaa, Cin, Kuwait, Hong Kong, InDonesiaa, Malayesiaa, AsTreliaa, Spen, InglaenD, Braajil, Cili, Sarbiaa, Singaapur aadi ….
Baakir Morisas, Surinaam, Guyanaa, Trinidad aa Tobago, UgaanDaa, Fiji me` ta 100Ro baris se log Bhojpuri paD*elan.
[Now a days, Bhojpuri is spoken and read by Bhojpuri Speakers and lovers spread over 4 Continents in over 30 countries including:
India, Nepal, USA, Germany, Rumania, Ukraine, Russia, Netherland, France, Turkey, Bulgaria, China, Kuwait, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, Spain, UK, Brazil, Chile, Serbia, Singapore etc.
But as you know, since Centuries, Bhojpuri is spoken partly in Mauritius, Surinam, Guyana, Trinidad & Tobago, Uganda, and Fiji.]

Bhojpuri:
भोजपुरी Bhojapurī بھوجپوری
Bhojpuri ke Devanaagari Lipi me` : भोजपुरी” likhal jaalaa.
[The word "Bhojpuri" in Devanagari script: भोजपुरी”]

Bhaarat, Nepaal, Maurisas, Surinaam, Guyanaa, Trinidaad aa Tobago, aa Fiji ke Baasi.
[Native to:
            >> India, Nepal, Mauritius, Surinamem, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, and Fiji]

Bhaarat ke Pradesh: >> Bihaar, Uttar Pradesh, JhaaRkhanD, ChattisgaD*a, Naagpur(Pahile CP), Assam [Region's of India:
            >> Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Nagpur (then Central Province), Assam (NE Frontier Province; in British era)

Baasindaa Bolaewaalaa 33 M (2001 Gharsomaari), 23 M  (2011 Gharsomaari) baakir eh me` Dher Bhojpuri bole waalaa logan ke Hindi me` saamil ka liaail. [Native speakers: 33 million (2001 census), 23 million 2011 (but the Census results conflate many Bhojpuri speakers with Hindi.)]

Anek swatantra samoohan ke anumaan se Sansaar me` Bhojpuri Bolanihaaran ke sa`khyaa  200 M se 250 M baa. [The present numbers of Bhojpuri Speakers are estimated globally as 200 Million to 250 Million by various independent agencies.]

Ee sankhyaa pooraa sahi tab tak naa hoi, jab tak Bhaarat Sarkaar "Bhojpuri Bhaasaa" ke maanyataa debe se bacat rahee, kaahe ki karib 150 M se 180 M Bhojpurian ke kawano tarah se Hindi me` saamil ka lel gail baa.  Jahaa` le 'Bhojpuri Bhaasaa' ke baat baa, Bhaarat ke 2011 ke Gharsomaari bargalaawe waalaa baa.

Ehee se, neece 1.8.2015 ke "Bhojpuri Bhaasaa Bhaasi ke Sa`khyaa" ke fer se anumaan kail gail baa InBho se.

[This figure can't be precise so long as Govt. of India refrain to recognize "Bhojpuri Language", since out of about 150 to 180 M Bhojpuri Speakers of India are somehow included as Hindi speakers. Thus Indian 2011 Census is completely misleading as regards 'Bhojpuri Language' is concerned.

Thus: The Present estimate  of the "Number of Bhojpuri Language Speakers" as on 1.8.2015, is a trial of InBho to represent a realistic picture.]

Origin of Bhojpuri:

Sri: 7223 me`, jab Raajaa Bhoj Bhaarat ke Assam se Purabi Afgaanistaan tak raaj karat rahan. Ehi se Bhojpuri me` Faarsi aa Arabi shabda baaRe sa.

[In 123 AD, when Raja Bhoj ruled from Assam (British: North East Frontier Province), India to Eastern part of Afghanistan. Due to this Bhojpuri has many Farsi and Arabic words in use.]
.

Dekhee` kitaab "Bhojpuri ke Itihaas aa Bhoogol" "Pracalit Bhojpuri" www.plusgoogle.com pa,  Lekhak: Da Deo Datta Sharmaa. Bhojpuri ke janam SrishTyaabd
1 972 947 223 (Sri: 7223 in short), 123 AD me` bhail rahe, jab Raajaa Bhoj (Pacchimi Itihaaskaar jekaraa pa aa unkar poorvaj SamraaT Vikramaadityo pa cuppi sadhale baaRe) Bhaarat ke Assam se Purabi Afgaanistaan tak raaj karat rahan.
[Please refer “Pracalit Bhojpuri” www.plusgoogle.com , the book entitled “History and Geography of Bhojpuri” by Dr Deo Dutta Sharma. Bhojpuri was born in early 2nd Centuri, sometimes in SrishTyaabd 1 972 947 223 (Sri: 7223 in short), in 123 AD, when Bhoj Raja (Western historians are mum about Bhoj Raja and his ancestor Samrat Vikramaditya) Ruled in North India, Present Bangladesh, Pakistan and East Afghanistan.]

Bhaarat Sarkaar ke anusaar: Kawano digbhramit Sarkaar Bhaasaashaastrian  ke anusaar Bhojpuri Hindie ke ego bhaad ha, Upbhaasaa ha, shaaya jekaraa Upbhaasaa aa Bhaasaa me antaro pataa naikhe. Aapan ehi sab kaam ke calate UPA Bhaarat sarkaa, Bhaarat ke "Bhojpuri rahit" banaawe ke cahlas, baakir Dille Kongess-rahit hogail, kahee` Bhaarato Kongress-rahit mat ho jaaye.  [For official purposes In India: Bhojpuri is considered a part of Hindi by some confused Linguists sitting in Indian Government who are even unaware of what is a Dialect of a Language, and what is a language. By this action, discriminatory UPA Govt of India made India “Bhojpuri Language” free. Possibly due to such actions, citizens of Delhi made “Govt of Delhi” free of Congress, and citizens of India are about to make India free of Congress.]

Bhaarat Sarkaar se Bhojpuri ke Maanyataa:[Recognition of Bhojpuri by Government of India]:

Ee baRaa dukh ke baat baa: Aaj tak Bhaarat Sarkaar "Bhojpuri Bhaasaa" ke unnati me` rukaawaTe Daalatiyaa jekaraa ke darjano deshan ke karib 200 M log je 4/5 Mahaadeshan me` failal baaRe, aa je Sansaar me` 'Drishya-Shravya- Kaavya' ke saath faelale jaataa:

>>>>  "Bhojpuri Bhaasaa" ke aapan janam bhoomie me Maanyataa naa de ke,

>>> "Bhojpuri Bhaasaa" ke Hindie me` saamil ka ke, je se ee bhasaa ke naam nisaan tak miT jaaye aa ee muaale lekhaa ho jaaye. Sarkaar ke ehee neeti se Bhojpuri bole waalaa logan ke sankhyaa 33 M, 2001 Jangananaa se ghaT ke 23 M ho gail 2011 Janagananaa me`.

Balihaar baa Bhaarat UPA-Sarkaar ke Bhojpuri ke aisan durdashaa kailaa pa!!

[It really pains to know: So far Government of India has provided a great Impediment in the development of "Bhojpuri Language" spoken by about 200 M in 4 / 5 Continents living in over dozens of countries with its rich 'Audio-Vidual-Art' spreading fast all over the World;

>>>> by Non-Recognition of "Bhojpuri Language" in her home country itself.

>>> by clubbing "Bhojpuri Language" in Hindi, amounting to killing Bhojpuri Language, which can be observed by the reduction of the her native speakers drastically from 33 M: the Census results of 2001 to 23 M of 2011.

Hamani ke BJP-NDA PM Narendra Modi ke Netaagiri waalaa Bhaarat Sarkaar se anurodh baa ki "Bhojpuri Bhaasaa" ke Bhaarat ke Samvidhaan ke 8vee` Suci me` saamil ka ke ekaraa ke Maanyataa diyaai`.

[We request the BJP-NDA PM Narendra Modi lead Govt. of India to recognize "Bhojpuri Language" by including it in the 8th Schedule of the Constitution.]

PM Narendra Modi BJP ke "1-laa Parivartan Raeli" me 'Bhojpuri-Film SiTi' Mujaffarpur me` pahilaa 1/2 shabda Bhojpuri /Bajjikaa me` bolalan, ee baRaa neeman laagal sab ke.

Sab ke uupar, Bhojpuria log Bihaar, UP, JhaaRkhanD aa Dilli me` 33% se jaadaa baaRe.

[PM Narendra Modi spoke first few words in 'Bhojpuri-Film City' Muzaffarpur in Bhojpuri / Bajjika, in his “1st Parivartan Rally” of Bihar which was appreciated by all.

After all, Bhojpuri Speakers form over 33 % of Bihar, UP, Jharkhand and Delhi.]

Hindi ke baad "Bhojpuri Bhaasaa" Bhaarat me` sab se jaade bole waalaa 2-raa No. ke bhaasaa ha, baakir aaj tak Bhaarate Sarkaar ekar Janam Bhoomie me` Manyataa naikhe dele; jabki ekaraa ke 185 M bolelan; dhyaan se dekhee` aa nihaaree`:
[Although so far GOI has not Recognized "Bhojpuri Language" due to the inactive discriminatory suppressive UPA-Govt; even then it occupies 2nd Position just after Hindi among the "Largest Spoken Languages of India" with about 185 M speakers of Bhojpuri in India as per a recent estimate. Look and behold]:

19. Major Languages Spkrs      1254 M estimated
0n 1.8.2015, the estd. Population of India is about 1239 M, which is very close to above figure of 1254 M, thus the above estimated number of “Speakers of Various Languages in India” is reasonably correct with only 1.2 % inaccuracy.
This is very useful info, particularly since in 2011 Census, “Bhojpuri Language” is not included in the list of the Recognized Languages of India.
*1. Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttarakhand, MP, Chattisgarh, HP, Jharkhand, A &N Island, (11 States) and most Cities.
